Along with a few partners, most of the party stayed at The Celtic Royal Hotel for two nights. The whole weekend was arranged with Jamie Dawes Hughes who lives and runs choirs in the area.
On the first evening we enjoyed a very plentiful Greek meal at Ouzo & Olive in the old town with the inevitable song or two before the surprise desert course arrived.
Saturday saw a morning of singing at various locations around Caernarfon and in the afternoon we were treated to a singing workshop led by The Love Notes in Chapel Caersalem. After a buffet tea the choir were part of a concert by The Love Notes which was well attended. We raised around £300 for Prostate Cancer UK through donations on the door. The day ended with more singing in the hotel bar on Saturday night.
Sunday had us on the coach and cars for a visit to Llandudno for a few songs on the promenade bandstand with plenty of time to stroll and explore the seaside town. This was followed by a steady journey home in the afternoon.
Here are a few of the many photos taken and shared during our three days in North Wales.
